As such, it is expressly provided that this CUSTOMER acts outside of any professional or commercial activity.

"DELIVERY": means the provision of the PRODUCTS ordered by the CLIENT via a download link. 

"PRODUCTS": shall designate all digital 3d files available on the SITE.

"SITE": shall designate the Internet sales site inzai.co
Purchases of virtual products are not limited and are delivered by download on our site

Purpose:

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale by the SELLER to its CUSTOMERS of PRODUCTS.
The CUSTOMER is clearly informed and acknowledges that the SITE is intended for consumers and that professionals must contact the SELLER's sales department in order to benefit from separate contractual conditions.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

As a CUSTOMER, you agree to carefully read and accept these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with the payment of an order for products placed on the site.

The present General Conditions are referenced at the bottom of each page of the site by means of a link and must be consulted before placing the order.

 

As a CUSTOMER, you are invited to carefully read, download and print the Terms and Conditions and to keep a copy.
Ubikk, the owner of the inzai.co website, advises you to read the Terms and Conditions each time you place a new order, as the latest version of the Terms and Conditions will apply to all new orders of products.

Sales:

Products specifications.

Inzai.co endeavors to present as clearly as possible the main characteristics of the PRODUCTS and the mandatory information that the CUSTOMER must receive under the applicable law (in these General Conditions).

The CUSTOMER agrees to read this information carefully before placing an order on the SITE.
All PRODUCTS sold by the SELLER are in digital form and conform to the 3D printing standard, STL and 3MF.

Photo Compliance.

The photos of the the 3d digital assets and printed PRODUCTS are provided as an indication and are not contractual. Mainly concerning the printable models, the results obtained during printing, being necessarily different from one machine to another, due to a large number of printers and consumables (Resign Bath, Filaments) all having different properties

 

Orders.

Once the PRODUCTS have been selected and placed in the shopping cart, the CUSTOMER must click on the shopping cart and verify that the contents of his order are correct.

Once the CUSTOMER has validated the contents of the shopping cart and if he/she is identified/registered, he/she will be presented with an online form that is automatically completed and summarizes the price, applicable taxes.

The CUSTOMER is invited to check the content of his order (including quantity, references of the ordered PRODUCTS, e-mail address, payment method and price) before validating its content.

For virtual PRODUCTS, orders placed must include all the information necessary for the order to be processed, essentially a valid e-mail address.

The CUSTOMER can then proceed to the payment of the PRODUCTS by following the instructions on the SITE and provide all the necessary information for the invoicing and the DELIVERY of the PRODUCTS.

Acknowledgement of receipt.

Once all of the above steps are completed, a page will appear on the SITE to acknowledge receipt of the CLIENT's order.

A copy of the order acknowledgement is automatically sent to the CUSTOMER by e-mail, provided that the e-mail address provided through the registration form is correct.

If the CUSTOMER has not received the acknowledgement of receipt, he/she should check the folder (SPAM) to see if it is there.

Billing.

During the ordering process, the CUSTOMER will have to enter the information necessary for invoicing (the sign (*) will indicate the mandatory fields that must be filled in for the CUSTOMER's order to be processed by the VENDOR).

The CUSTOMER will have to specify the chosen method of payment.
An invoice will be issued and communicated to the buyer at the email address indicated.

Price.

For all PRODUCTS, the CUSTOMER will find on the SITE the prices displayed in euros including all taxes.
In particular, prices include value added tax (VAT) at the rate in effect on the date of the order.
Any change in the applicable rate may affect the price of the PRODUCTS as of the date of the order.

 

Right of cancellation and withdrawal.

Due to the nature of the product, and the immediate dispatch of the PRODUCT to the CUSTOMER after the PURCHASE, no cancellation or withdrawal period of the product payment is possible.

Return Policy.

Due to the nature of the product, and the immediate shipment of the PRODUCT to the CUSTOMER after the PURCHASE, no return modality is available.
Inzai.co offers intangible and irrevocable goods. We do not refund merchandise after the payment and you are responsible for your commitment when you acquire a product. In addition as digital product, the customer is fully responsible of the realisation and the quality of the printed model.
 

Payment.:

Payment Method.

The CLIENT may pay for PRODUCTS online on the SITE by the means proposed by the SELLER.
The CUSTOMER warrants to the SELLER that he/she has all the required authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
The SELLER will take all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online as part of the online payment on the SITE.
It is hereby specified that all information relating to the payment is made on the protected site of the online payment service and is in no way processed on the SELLER's SITE.

Date of payment.

The date of payment is the date of confirmation of the PURCHASE on the site inzai.co.

 

Delay or refusal of payment.

If the bank refuses to debit a card or other means of payment, the CUSTOMER must contact the SELLER's Customer Service in order to pay the order by any other valid means of payment.

In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, opposition, refusal or other, the transmission of the flow of money due by the CUSTOMER would be impossible, the order will be canceled and the sale automatically terminated.

Delivery:

The DELIVERY will be made in the form of a download link sent to the CUSTOMER's email address, the DELIVERY of the products will be in the form of a ZIP file, which will contain the files in standard 3D STL format and in standard 3MF 3D printing format, and an explanatory PDF file of the purchased products.

The PRODUCTS offered can be delivered without any geographical restriction.

 The PRODUCTS are shipped to the email address that the CUSTOMER will have indicated during the ordering process. The CUSTOMER acknowledges and agrees that only an email address is valid for delivery, excluding any post office box.

Warranties:

Warranty of conformity.

The SELLER is bound to deliver a PRODUCT in digital form.
It is however specified that the photos of the PRODUCTS are provided as an indication and are not contractual. Mainly concerning the 3d printable models, the results obtained during the printings, due to the important number of the type of 3d printers as well as important consumable (Resin, type of filaments) the final result cannot be the responsibility of the SELLER.

In this context, the SELLER cannot answer for the defects of conformity existing at the time of the delivery and the defects of conformity resulting from process of impression was carried out under the responsibility other than the SELLER.

​

Liability.

The responsibility of the SELLER can in no case be engaged in case of non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations attributable to the CUSTOMER, including during the entry of his order.

The SELLER shall not be held responsible, or considered to have failed to comply with the present contract, for any delay or non-performance, when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals.

It is also specified that the SELLER does not control the websites that are directly or indirectly linked to the SITE.

Also Ubikk company owner of the site Inzai.co is in no way responsible for the final result and the quality of the printed products, also can not be held responsible for the type of consumable used and the safety of materials used.

The entire contents of this website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, movie demos, images, audio clips, software and digital downloads are the property of Inzai.co, its suppliers or its customers and are protected by French trademark and copyright laws. Any modification, copying, reproduction, republication, uploading, posting, transmission or distribution of the content of this web site, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Inzai.co is strictly prohibited.

Subject to these Terms of Use, UBIKK grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Site and to privately use, print or distribute the STL, 3MF, PDF Files for your personal, non-commercial use.

The rights granted to you in these Terms of Use are subject to the following restrictions:

A - You may not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host or commercially exploit the Site and the services or materials you print under this license;
B - You shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any portion of the Site or the STL Files;
C - You may not access the Site or Services or STL Files to construct a similar or competing service;

Return Policy
Inzai.co offers intangible and irrevocable goods. We do not refund merchandise after it is delivered and you are responsible for your commitment when you acquire a product. If you have any problems with any of our products, make sure you have read all related documentation and seen our demos. The only exception to this rule is in the case of product non-conformity. This is done on a case by case basis and in agreement with the parties involved.
